I’ve changed my hair colour at least 137 times in my life (so far!). My wardrobe experienced more changes than GoT deaths (BTW, THE ANTICIPATION!!!) I’m not going to tell you how many times in my life I have changed my mind…or maybe I will…or maybe not.
However, if there is one thing that remains unchanged in my life, is my love for ice cream. Ice cream brings back memories of careless summer evenings on the trees, although I do not wish to know what was going into some of the glorious gelato from my spring chick days. Luckily, once again, things changed! I’ve started making my own, much healthier version. Hurraaayyyy!!! Another groovy nom on my ‘friends forever’ list.
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1/3 cup nut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Mix bananas, strawberries, coconut cream, milk, agave syrup in a food processor until desired consistency, but don't over mixed it, unless you are in a mood for smoothie.
Use raspberries, gojis and almonds as toppings.

This recipe will make two small bowls (depending on the size)
