Blueberry and Oat Breakfast Smoothie

  • Handful of porridge oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 large handfuls of blueberries
  • 4 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup optional


  1. Blend porridge oats with a splash of water.
  2. Add blueberries, banana and yogurt and whizz together. Add cinnamon and maple syrup and whizz some more.
  3. Enjoy!
