Oh hey there! If you happen to have some spare blackberries and blueberries lying around, this is little fella is your guy! Perfect addition to your breakfast or on its own, and what a tribute to the upcoming summer season and all the good stuff that comes with it!
Quick, simple, but ohhh so delicious, you may start hugging everyone after having some of this creamy goodness, because it will make you so happy! The addition of protein is totally optional, I've used some mixed berry flavored vegan protein, but it tastes just as awesome without it. And this berry and protein smoothie is naturally packed with healthy and super nutritious vitamins and minerals! So, here's to (hopefully) sunny weekends and many berries!
Berrylicious Smoothie with Blackberries and Blueberries
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbs flax seeds
- 1 ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup coconut or plain yogurt
- 1 tbs agave syrup
- 2 tbs protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Simply blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
