Vegan Blood Orange Curd

Simple and quick recipe for blood orange curd. Perfect for spreading on cakes, biscuits, or mixed into your breakfast porridge!

Ingredients

  • 2 large blood oranges (zest and juice)
  • 4 tbsp cornflour (or arrowroot powder or cornstarch)
  • 5 tbsp agave syrup
  • 220 ml soya milk

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Transfer the mixture into a small saucepan and place on a small heat. Keep stirring until it comes to boil and thickens. The mixture should be smooth.

  3. Transfer into a small jar or container and allow it to set for few minutes.
