  • 2 medium tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 1/2 large English cucumber peeled, deseeded and chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion sliced thinly
  • 8 large green olives you can use your favourite type
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 50 g feta cheese cut into cubes or chunks
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


  1. Simply mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
