Iced Nitro and Cafe Viennois

Two incredibly tasty, but very different coffees. Super smooth and creamy cafe Viennois and dark and moody Iced nitro.

Cafe Viennois

  • 1 lungo capsule
  • 100 ml fresh cold 0 % milk

dark chocolate shavings

Iced Nitro:

  • 1 Risoretto or Espresso capsule
  • 100 ml cold water
  • 3 medium ice cubes
  • 1 tsp white sugar (optional)


To make cafe Viennois:

  1. Brew the Lungo coffee with your coffee machine and pour the coffee into the cup.

  2. Then, pour 0% cold and fresh milk into the jug up to the minimum level marking.

  3. Close the lid and press 'start' button on the device. Using the Barista spoon, collect the foam from the jug and generously top it on the coffee. Add some chocolate shavings on top. Enjoy!

For the Iced Nitro:

  1. Add 3 ice cubes into the jug.

  2. Brew your coffee and pour it on top of the ice and add sugar (optional).

  3. Add cold water up to the maximum level of marking. Close the lid and press 'start' button on the device.

  4. Finally, serve the prepared coffee in a tall glass.
