Clementine and Cranberry Cordial

Easy clementine cordial, perfect for mocktails and cocktails!

  • 1/2 kg clementines
  • 250 ml cranberry juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 400 g golden caster sugar
  • zest of half of lemon
  • 1 tsp whole allspice
  • 1 star anise
  • 2 leaves bay


  1. Cut clementines in half, then juice them all.
  2. Place clementine juice and the rest of the ingredients in a medium saucepan and add 100ml water.
  3. Bring to the boil, then turn the heat down and simmer for about 1 hour or until you have a light syrup.
  4. Leave to cool, strain through fine sieve and bottle. Keep in the fridge.
  5. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

You can replace clementines with oranges.
