Ingredients

30gcocoa powder
50gcoconut flour
75mlmaple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla bean paste(optional)
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl and using a wooden or plastic spatula, mix until they are all incorporated well together.
Line up the baking tray with baking parchment. Scoop the paste (I've used 1 tablespoon measure) and roll into small balls using your hands, then place on the baking tray. Once you have used all of the paste, place the energy bites in the fridge for about 30 minutes, allowing them to firm up a bit. Enjoy!
Notes
You can substitute coconut flour for almond flour or almond meal
Keep your energy bites in the airthight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
