Ingredients
256gwholemeal flour
2tspbaking powder
½tspsalt
½tspcinnamon
120mlmaple syrup
125galmond yogurt
250mlalmond milk
1tspvanilla bean paste
100gdark chocolate (min 70% cocoa solids)melted
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 180 C (fan). Spray your doughnuts molds/ tin with baking spray/ oil and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine together the wholemeal flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together maple syrup, yogurt, milk and vanilla paste. Add wet ingredients into dry ones, and mix until just combined.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag and pipe it into the prepared moulds/tins. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
Dip doughnuts into melted dark chocolate to create the glaze. Use soe decorative sprinkles if desired.

These baked doughnuts are best to enjoy while they are fresh.
