  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbs coconut cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbs agave nectar or maple syrup


  1. In a small jar, mix together chia seeds and coconut milk.
  2. Keep stirring them gently until seeds start turning into gel like consistency.
  3. Add coconut cream, agave, and vanilla and stir it all together, ensuring the seeds do not stick to each other or the sides of your jar.
  4. Place in the fridge and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, for the best results, leave it in the fridge overnight.
  5. Top it up with favorite fruit.
