Super easy chocolate and peanut butter energy bites, made with 5 ingredients, vegan, gluten-free, rich in protein and healthy fats!
Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl and using a wooden or plastic spatula, mix until they are all incorporated well together.
Line up the baking tray with baking parchment. Scoop the paste (I've used 1 tbsp measure) and roll into small balls using your hands, then place on the baking tray. Once you have used all of the paste, place the energy bites in the fridge for about 30 minutes, allowing them to firm up a bit. Enjoy!
