Light and delicious chocolate and vanilla semolina porridge. Easy and quick breakfast with only few ingredients.

  • 5 tbs semolina
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 15 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbs agave nectar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste


  1. In a small pan, heat up almond milk on a small heath.
  2. Start adding semolina, and keep stirring until it thickens up.
  3. Add chocolate, vanilla bean paste and agave nectar and bring to boil.
  4. Top up with fresh raspberries, pomegranate seeds, cocoa nibs and pistachios.

Recipe Notes

Use selection of fruit, nuts and seeds as toppings.
